The governing body on Thursday traded 39 Senior Superintendents of Police. The summary of trade was made open by the Human Resources Development Department of Nepal Police. The trade was delayed for a significant long time on account of complexities between Home Minister Bimalendra Nidhi and Inspector General of Police Upendra Kant Aryal, sources said. SSP Chabilal Joshi has been passed on to the Metropolitan Police Circle in Kathmandu. The post was relinquished for right around a month after retirement of SSP Bikram Singh Thapa
