Naya Shakti demonstrates seeking resignations of PM

Cadres of Naya Shakti Nepal (NSN) on Tuesday staged a demonstration in Rajbiraj, the headquarters of Saptari district, demanding resignations of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Deputy Pm and Home Minister Bimalendra Nidhi.

Local leaders and cadres of Baburam Bhattarai-led party staged demonstration in protest against the death of Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha cadres.They have also demanded martyr status towards the deceased, compensation on their family members and treatment to those injured in Monday’s clash.

Three persons lost their lives in police action to learn cadres of agitating Madhesi Morcha got down to disrupt the main opposition CPN-UML’s mass meeting at Maleth in the district on Monday.
