Kulman Ghising had told how the Nepal is free of load-shedding with the four months. Ghising said that his focus will be on three areas - ending load-shedding, improving economic independence survey health of NEA and making the country self-reliant in energy. He functions for four years when compared to the management head of the country’s sole power off-taker. Ghising has been together with NEA for over twenty years. Prior to being appointed for the reason that managing director, he was serving as the project chief of Rahughat Hydroelectricity Project. Ghising had also served as the managing director of Chilime Hydropower Company Ltd under NEA. /br
