The full name of K.P Sharma Oli is Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli. more often called K. P. Oli, is a Nepali politician who served as the 38th Prime minister of Nepal from 11 October 2015 to 3 August 2016. A person in the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist), he was the second Pm under the newly adopted Constitution of Nepal. Now he is a former prime minister of Nepal and you can see him waving the largest flag of Nepal in the occasion of Shahid divas in this video.
