Kulman Ghising, managing director of Nepal Electricity Authority, received a hero’s welcome as he visited his village in Ramechhap district on Thursday.Ghising, who ended load shedding in Kathmandu and Pokhara after helming the NEA, was invited to his village, Duhu, as a chief guest at a function organised by his alma mater, Duhu Secondary School.The villagers heaped praises on Ghising and felicitated him for his work. Ghising said he still had an obligation of providing electricity towards people who are living in dark.
