Nepali Gangster Kumar Shrestha alias In order to Kumar Ghainte was shot dead in an encounter with police here at Kapurdhara of Samakhusi in Kathmandu on Thursday. Reported on SSP Sarbendra Khanal, chief of Metropolitan City Police Crime Division (MPCD), Ghainte was killed in a crossfire between MPCD search team and his group. Eight bullets were shot on Ghainte chest during encounter with Nepal Police. A Ghainte-led gang had first opened fire at MPCD team, which was followaing him in connection with his or her alleged involvement in extortion and criminal activities
